Used substances in detail:
Herbal extract composed of the herbs having beneficial effect on skin:
Linaria vulgaris: contains formic, malic, and acetic acids. It facilitates healing of suppurating sores.
Anthyllis vulneraria: its flavonoids have a positive effect on badly healing wounds, bedsores, burns, and skin inflammations.
Viola tricolor: thanks to rutin and other flavonoids is effective against eczema and allergic rashes.
Symphytum officinale: contains allantoin that facilitates regeneration of damaged tissues, and speeds up the process of healing.
Sophora japonica: is quite effective in the cases of psoriasis and allergies.
Bellis perennis: flavonoids, saponins, slime, and organic acids have beneficial effect, mainly in the cases of eczema, rashes, psoriaris, and acne.
Alaptide: the original Czechoslovak patented compound – polypeptide that has a unique ability to bond with water and regenerate cells. This ability is increased by the volume of calcium, plant substances, and mineral salts.
Complex of more than 60 minerals and trace elements: Caralotion consists of a natural mix of minerals and salts from the seawater of Tertiary origin from the Pohajska hot spring. They keep skin warm, nurtured, and protected. Cream moisturizing effect may be fully used also in winter. The aforementioned thermal water has high energy capacity and a unique composition of elements, thus having beneficial effect on skin cells and a number of skin conditions.
Azelaic acid: It shows anticancer and healing effects.
Plant oils and ceramides complex: Cold pressed oils keep their natural nourishing qualities and have strong beneficial effect on skin structure. Among others, there are hempseed oil, poppy seed oil, linseed oil, and soybean oil.
Succinic acid: has strong regenerative effect on cells. Even Pharaohs in the ancient Egypt believed in a rejuvenating power of amber, and therefore they had the amber lamellas implanted under their skin. Current research has proved the aforementioned qualities of the acid in amber.
Bioactive substances: Eisenia foetida extract and Helix pomatia extract on hormonal functions of skin, its nourishment, blood circulation promotion, and regeneration.
A, C, E vitamin complex: Antioxidative properties of the substances used in Caralotion complement each other in fighting premature skin ageing. Specific plant substances, minerals, and vitamins A, C, E fight against the cell oxidation caused by free radicals. All these substances eliminate a negative effect of excessive exposure to solar radiation, help collagen fibers in skin to maintain their function, elasticity and resilience. Vitamins are used in their most effective forms (e.g., vitamin C is in a form of ester that is much more effective than its classical form).
